About me

I’m Steph. My journey into Pilates began after experiencing a back injury. Though Pilates based rehabilitation, I was able to restore strength and movement in my body – and I haven't had a bad back since.

Over the years Pilates has supported me through many stages of life including rehabilitation, pregnancy, and post pregnancy and helped me move into more of an advanced level of training. Each stage has showed me how powerful the method can be in different ways.

I fell in love with the Pilates method and it’s ability to help people feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their bodies. That passion eventually led me to complete my teacher training and help others experience the same benefit.

My goal is simple: To help you feel stronger, stable and capable – for life!
